Jarman LLC is a well-known residential general contracting firm in the Armonk, NY area. They wanted to streamline their process for accepting and processing invoices from subcontractors and approached KappaStone to help make this happen.

What resulted was the development of an online contractor management system using ASP.Net and jQuery. The new system provides an online portal for contractors to submit invoices and reports and view upcoming jobs. Jarman LLC saves an enormous amount of overhead that would otherwise be dedicated to processing invoices.


Melmedtronics, Inc. has developed an effective tinnitus device that temporarily inhibits tinnitus in approximately 70-75% of patients. Melmedtronics wanted to build an online portal that served not only as marketing piece but also as a functional system for medical providers to purchase and register the Inhibitor, their flagship product.

KappaStone worked with the client to scope out the project and build a complete online application that serves as a marketing front-end and provider portal. Additionally, the site ties in with a separate desktop application used for evaluating patients.
